Collection from abroad

For all inflows from abroad we are sending you a notification on the same business day via said electronic platforms or via e-mail. After that, you need to notify us within 24 hours about the payment grounds and beneficiary. Upon receipt of this information the bank processes inflow with value date from the SWIFT message.

Completed payment orders with secured coverage and paid commission and the necessary supporting documents received until 12 pm or electronically until 1 pm, are processed on the same working day.

Advice for safe performance of foreign payment transactions

Always check with your foreign partners the instructions for foreign payment transactions that you received by e-mail, especially if you are initiating the payment for the first time or if you notice a change in the instructions compared to the standard ones you previously used. Call them and make sure that the instructions you received are correct. This will not take much of your time, and you will make sure that there was no abuse related to the e-mail that reached you and that your money will be sent to the right address.
