Qualified Electronic Certificate in the Cloud

Digital Signing and Document Verification Available to Everyone in Just a Few Steps in the OTP m-bank Application

All of our clients have access to the issuance of a qualified electronic certificate in the OTP m-bank application. OTP Bank has implemented this service in collaboration with the Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Payment.

The service of issuing a qualified electronic certificate is intended for all citizens of the Republic of Serbia and enables electronic signing of documents in a secure and reliable manner via the mobile application ConsentID.

Three Steps to Obtain a Qualified Electronic Certificate in the OTP m-bank Application

  1. Register as an eCitizen, which can be done by anyone holding a valid biometric ID document – either an ID card or passport.
  2. Activate the ConsentID mobile application, which manages the qualified certificate and authorizes electronic signatures via a mobile device.
  3. Activate the qualified electronic certificate in the cloud on the eID portal.

The process of activating the qualified certificate will guide you through steps in the OTP m-bank application, starting in the Profile/My Data section.
