OTP banka, as one of the leaders of the green transition in the banking sector, and company whose socially and environmentally responsible operations are widely recognized, is strongly committed to providing its clients with financial products and services in line with highest international standards, that will ensure the protection of the environment and human and labour rights, while continuously contributing to the sustainability and well-being of the community.

By adopting  Environmental and Social Risk Management Rulebook, which is entirely based on the Environmental and Social Risk Management Framework of OTP Group (more details available at  https://www.otpgroup.info/sustainability/responsible-service-provider), we defined clear goals, processes and responsibilities to identify, control and reduce potential negative environmental and social impacts of the Bank’s credit operations and operational activities, while promoting positive ones.

Accordingly, to the abovementioned, and following the transparency principle, we provided a special channel for communication with community, individuals and other interested parties, who would like to ask questions or address comments, relating to the direct or indirect impacts of our operations and activities on environment and society, especially in relation to loans and projects financed by the Bank.
