AmCham is a non-governmental and non-profit organisation founded in order to improve regulatory framework for doing business in Serbia, with open partnership and pro-active dialogue with the Government of the Republic of Serbia, economic entities and other key target groups. AmCham Serbia is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union, which consists of 45 chambers in 43 countries.

Today, the Regional Chamber of Commerce Novi Sad is a part of the common chamber system is the RS, comprising the territory of the city of Novi Sad and 11 municipalities of the South Bačka Administrative District. The members of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Novi Sad are companies, banks, insurance companies, shops and associations, which have headquarters in South Bačka district ad common business interests.
