A click on the “Sign in” button will lead you to a separate application which we use in the selection and employment process. A page will open and you will see a segment with current vacancies, and a general application as well, which is open even if we do not have a specific opening at the moment of your application.
You may place your CV in the application and thus formally become our source of talents for positions in the Bank.
Our HR experts will contact you when searching for corresponding candidates, and you will so enter the second round of the process.
This round implies testing personality traits, or different abilities and knowledge, depending on the position.
You will receive a guide and invitation for online testing to your e-mail or via SMS message. Following the testing, and upon invitation – comes the interview.
The interview takes place in the premises of our Bank or via the MS Teams/Zoom application. As a rule, all candidates are informed of the selection outcome (whether positive or negative). We nurture transparency in client relationships, thus with our candidates as well!
