How to activate the PIN code for your payment card
In order to receive the PIN code to use your payment card, you need to register and initiate sending of the PIN by texting an SMS to the Bank as follows:
- Send the SMS* to number 4884 which should contain the word REG and secret password that you have chosen. The message should be sent from the phone number that you have indicated in the Bank as your contact. The message should be of the following format: REG (space) password (e.g. REG OTP123). Your password may be a combination of letters and numbers and should contain at least 5 characters, but not more than 10.
- If the secret password has been registered successfully, you will receive a reply of the necessity to send an SMS* to the same number, containing the word PIN, last 4 digits of your card and the same secret password. The format is as follows: PIN (space) last 4 digits from your payment card number (space) password (e.g. PIN 1234 OTP123). After this message, you should receive an SMS from the Bank with your PIN code.
* Service is charged by the mobile operator in Serbia RSD 5 + VAT + price of SMS per sent SMS.
If you do not have permission to send or receive messages from short numbers such as 4884, contact your mobile operator.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU KNOW
- The PIN is your identification number and should not be known to anyone but you. When you receive the PIN from the Bank, remember it, do not write it down, and delete the SMS in which it was delivered.
- You can change your PIN at any time at any ATM of OTP banka.
- You can initiate PIN delivery via SMS within 12 months at the latest upon the date of submitting the card request.
- In the event that you forget your PIN, contact the nearest branch in order to submit the request for re-generating the PIN code.
- Sign the card on the back to make it valid.
- Use electronic banking services, as well as SMS notifications so that you always know your account balance.
- If your card is contactless, it is good to know that entering the PIN is required for the first transaction.
- In the event of card loss or theft, immediately call the Authorisation Centre to (+381) 11 30 11 550 or contact the nearest branch of the Bank.
