      The Hal m-Bank app is available at App Store for iOS users and Google Play Store for users of the Android operating system.

      To successfully use the Hal m-Bank app, you need to have both the registration and activation code:

      • After logging in to the Hal e-bank application, click on the Requirements option in the upper right corner of the home page and select the “m- banking registration” option. In the first step, you need to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number to which the registration and activation code will be sent, and then sign the request by entering the OTP code you received in the SMS (if you log in with a username and password ) or by entering a PIN code (if you are applying through a Halcom certificate). Click on the “Submit” option and wait for confirmation that the request has been sent successfully

      • Download the application from the link sent to you by SMS and click on the “Login” button

        Enter the registration code you received via e-mail and the activation code you received via SMS

        Set the six-digit PIN code and the application is ready to use!
