Experience of our employee Tanja Vekić

Tanja Vekić, in the Bank since August 2020, teller in Kać Branch, looked back on her first days in bank and gaining experience:

“During my first days in the bank, I received help from my colleagues, along with the Branch Manager. From the very beginning I had their full support regarding learning and mastering all segments of operation and excellent cooperation. Of course, when I started working, my greatest desire was to master and learn things which until that point had been completely unknown to me, and gain trust of clients because in some situations working with clients can be a real challenge. However, with mutual understanding and, above all, patience and kindness, good cooperation is inevitable. What is most fulfilling at work is the point when I succeed in solving a client’s problem for which the client came in the first place”.
