Code of ethics
OTP banka Srbije a.d. Novi Sad (hereinafter: OTP banka) is fully committed to preserving its reputation, integrity and operations in accordance with the law, other regulations, good business practices and ethical principles. The business activities of OTP Bank are based on a fair relationship with all market participants, and our business success depends on a stable and reliable relationship with clients, other financial institutions and employees. To promote true values, during daily work in relation to colleagues, business partners and other interested parties, we openly discuss and raise awareness of ethical issues in accordance with OTP banka’s good reputation and its role on the market. Our common interest is to encourage voluntary compliance with prescribed behavior and to accept ethical rules as much as possible. Accordingly, we encourage reporting all observed ethical violations to eliminate irregularities promptly and highlight correct behavior.
Ethical violations can be reported to the Compliance Directorate as follows:
- In person, during the business hours in the Compliance Directorate;
- Between 9 and 17 o’clock from Monday to Friday, via the telephone for ethical issues (+38121/4894 906)
- By post, to the address of the Compliance Directorate (Trg slobode 7, 21 000 Novi Sad).
