• Breakage of built-in installations and built-in equipment due to effects of electricity, errors in construction, material and workmanship, failure of regulation devices
• Glass breakage on windows and doors of the house or apartment

Household contents insurance against:

• Burglary due to unauthorized entry into a house or apartment and insurance in the event of taking household contents by force or threat (robbery)
• Liability from owning a house or apartment subject to insurance, for damages toward third parties.

The product is not intended to insure housing loans, because there is no possibility to assign the policy to the loan.

The insurance cannot cover: unoccupied houses and apartments, houses built from sandwich panels and houses with more than 30% wood in their construction, auxiliary facilities, facilities on water, cash, artistic objects and antiques.
