E-counter
It's good when you know that you can save time in performing daily administrative tasks with the Bank and run your business more efficiently. With the e-counter, you will quickly and comfortably receive necessary information and complete various administrative tasks for your company.
Find out what the e-counter enables you to do
E-counter is a service created for you who have your own small business, and it provides the possibility to submit certain requests to the Bank by e-mail or phone, without going to the Bank. This will save you time in performing operational and administrative tasks.
These are tasks that you can do faster:
- Request to open or close your bank account1
- Request for one-time sending of statement by e-mail2
- Request to route the statement to a new e-mail address3
- Issuing confirmations4
- Submission of the loan repayment plan, balance of liabilities, turnover per loan sub-account, calculation of interest
- Inquiries related to foreign exchange operations (exchange rate / swift / other information)5
- Payment complaints (incorrectly entered order, cancellations)
- Request to submit a statement of outstanding items
To submit a Request to open or close an account, you need to have the documentation ready.
To make the process easier for you, we will send you an e-mail with a list of documentation that you need to prepare, as well as ready-made documentation provided by the Bank.
Then we will schedule a meeting at the branch which suits you, where you will finalize the realization of the request much faster because you will have the documentation ready.
The statement can be sent to your e-mail address that you have registered in the Bank’s system. Before issuing the statement, we would send you an invoice for issuing the statement at the price stated in the Bank’s Pricelist.
If you make a payment from an account in OTP banka, you need to send information by e-mail that the payment has been made.
If the fee is paid from an account in another commercial bank, you will need to provide us with proof of payment (confirmation of the executed order), also by e-mail.
Following effected payment, the statement you requested will be sent to you by e-mail.
You can submit the request to change the e-mail address to which you receive statements by sending a request for change from your e-mail address registered with the Bank, certified and signed by a person authorized for representation. The request must be sent on the form that you will receive from the Bank.
After changing the e-mail address, we will inform you about it and ask you to submit the original request to the Bank’s branch, and the reason for this is that the Bank has a regulatory obligation to archive this type of request in its original.
If you have signed the request you sent with a digital certificate of an authorized representative, delivery of the original will not be required.
Confirmations for which you can send an inquiry are confirmations on the account turnover for the requested period, the average account balance for the requested period and certificates on the executed transfer order (which include the issuance of a vehicle registration certificate).
You may submit the request for confirmation by sending the request for issuance from your e-mail address registered with the Bank, on company memorandum, certified and signed by the person authorized for representation.
If the request for issuance of a confirmation refers to the average balance or turnover on the account, please use the form you will receive from the bank.
Before issuing the confirmation, we would send you an invoice for issuance at the price stated in the Bank’s Pricelist.
If you make a payment from an account in OTP banka, you need to send information by e-mail that the payment has been made.

Following effected payment, the confirmation that the Bank would digitally sign would be delivered to you via e-mail, while you can download the manually signed and certified confirmation at the Bank’s branch
Swift account, inflow status, inflow amount, inflow costs and other information related to international payment transactions can be sent to you via e-mail.
In the same way you can answer a request for delivery of the purchase rate or currency conversion for amounts up to 15,000 EUR
